Although our venue boasts a seating capacity of 650 guests indoors and 350 outdoors, we provide a unique opportunity to witness renowned artists from across the nation in an intimate and sophisticated setting. FAQ’s
Is it indoors or outdoors?
It is both. The main concert area is inside and most of the reserve seating is inside, however there are outside spaces for general admission that are right next to the indoor space.
Are their seats available or is it standing only?
We do have standard folding chairs for inside seating. Most of the General Admission tickets are outside standing areas.
Is it climate controlled?
Yes. The indoor space has both heating and air conditioning.
Is it ADA friendly?
Yes. The entire property is ADA compliance with parking spaces up front and ramps to get into the main room. We also have seating for ADA ticket holders.
Are food and drinks available?
For all events we have alcohol and soda drinks available for purchase. Many of the concerts we will also bring in food trucks, but this not something that happens for every concert.
Is there good sound & lighting?
Yes. We have a state of the art sound system and great lighting for all events.
Is there parking?
We have plenty of parking however, buses and carpooling is always recommended. Both Uber and Lyft do drop offs and pickups at the venue.
Does it have good bathrooms?
We do have bathrooms that will be enough for most shows. When we know that a particular act is sold out or sold many tickets we will supplement our bathrooms with portable bathrooms.
